Can we talk about how this show is normalizing working 12+ hrs a day with no support in an environment where if you want a life outside of work it’s because “you aren’t serious”.

Seriously, have yet to see an episode where he addresses long time employees getting a raise.. or health insurance.. or even a day off. Don’t let them normalize this shit. This is just: “hustle and make it happen” on a grand scale.
