Got into an argument with my boss tonight when she talked about exploiting children for free labor.

I do like my job and my boss definitely has her ups and downs. I feel so bad that this is normal. I know that to her and some others there I seem crazy. I’m pretty sure she feels like I insulted her family. That was certainly not my intent but every word she said smacked of exploitation. I don’t want beef with her but I will never back down from these convictions
