I was talking to a coworker (C) when the only woman (M) on our shift comes up and says she is going to the bathroom. C complained about how much she goes to the bathroom which I brushed off because he complains about everything. Then he told me our manager asked him to monitor M's bathroom breaks and if she is going too frequently to not let her go. C said that since he wasn't paid a supervisors salary that he wasn't going to do it. M doesn't go more frequently than anyone else on shift but she always let's someone know when she does go which no one else does.
I told her what happened as soon as she got back and she is reviewing her options.
