Saw a post for a job, hours not listed but the pay was, I get the interview and am told it is on a rotating 12 hr 3 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 3 days off with the hours shifting, I was honestly still on board but no mention of a shift differential, the place deals with a lot of lead so there was incentive bonuses for your blood tests coming back ok by using PPE, and another for regular attendance. Any way they extend the offer and was about to accept then I saw instead of the listed $28 an hr which equals 58,240 a year they switched it to a yearly pay of 45K a year or $22.50 an hr, I did the math and with the bonuses and working all the OT I would get the original agreed amount.
Just what the hell, you list my pay as in getting all of the bonuses and OT, ya no thanks I can see the mentality of the place already thanks for wasting everyone's time. If jobs list pay it should be only for your base 40 hrs worked with no bonuses and OT.
