ok so im 18 i live in texas and im a pool attendant. i work 4 days per week, 11hrs per day (up to 14 if there is an event im staffing for like a pool party). we sit outside the entire day, except to get up and straighten the furniture/talk to the guests/etc. i get one 30 minute break per shift, which i have to take outside as well because theres usually nowhere to go inside and cool off. is that legal? am i supposed to be having more/longer breaks? im quitting on the 15th anyway but id like to know
