Need to make a memorable exit from my job when I quit/fired

My job is cleaning house after they unionized in another province. They went after the organizer (not sure how they knew). I'm hoping to make myself enough of a target to get dismissed for BS reasons then fight them for 2 week severance. Waiting to get on somewhere else of course. I can't give 2 week's notice as they will fire you on the spot regardless. They've done it a few times already
