Anything I can do about HR?

I have been working with a company for about 2 months that was supposed to be WFH after 4 weeks of in office training. Quickly learned we would not be working from home at all. Move forward, I requested accommodations for disability (they declared WFH an unreasonable burden on the company and couldnt approve that so we agreed to other, in-office terms) and they have been absolutely awful about implementing them. NOW, the real kicker begins! I tested COVID positive and had to miss work for 6 shifts and go entirely unpaid. I just returned today after having to HOUND HR to even inform me of our policy and found out multiple other teams were offered to WFH while dealing with COVID infection while others, like me, were simply told go home and don’t get paid. So I guess my two questions ultimately are: 1. Can I then prove WFH…

1. Can I then prove WFH is not a burden as an accommodation?
2. Can I receive pay or some sort of compensation for not even being offered to WFH?
