Working hours

I have a question for you guys because I'm not an expert on US work laws and maybe some of you are. I work salary for a restaurant with a “at will” contact. I work 12-14 hours per day for 5 days a week (with few exceptions of 6). Since the pandemic we are working with half of the staff for different reasons, even if last year was the busiest and more profitable since the restaurant opened 10 years ago. Since the pandemic we are working with half of the staff for different reasons, even if last year was the busiest and more profitable since the restaurant opened 10 years ago. And it's two years that we (me and my other salary colleagues) are promised a raise, but never got it.

Now basically we are making the same money as some new hire that works “only” 40 hours so we are a little pissed off.

Before you say “find a new place”, the thing is that the company give us a working visa for 5 years(renewable), and it's not an easy thing to get (we are all from the same country the company is from).

My question is: if we tell the company that we are tired to work 60+ hours per week and if we don't get a raise we will work “only” our 40 hours, can they legally fire us without any repercussions?
