This is my first job working in the events/marketing industry where I have somewhat of a prior experience working in this line. So after looking through the work schedule, I was given a day off on the weekday and a day off on a weekend in a week which I'm perfectly fine with.

However, the biggest red flag I noticed right away was seeing 2 of my work colleagues coming back to the office to do their work on their off day. This was somewhat due to huge event pre planning and briefing for the following day and this got me thinking, what if I am required to come back and burn my off days just for that?

Are these red flags or am I just being paranoid?
