So I’m currently working at a dealership and the culture is at times toxic. But both of my main managers are very bi polar in terms of the fact they could bitch at you for something relatively minor and lose there shit and then be fine the next. I’ve been there for three years and it started as a part time job then became full time. What’s nice about staying there for me is I go to college also and they are very flexible on hours. I also get discounts on new and used cars and that’s how I’ve been able to afford a new car at my age which I’m 23. However it’s become more toxic then what I can take at times and I want to quit. There’s even been some day’s where I want to stay in my car even when I get to work I don’t want to go in. I’ve recently decided to start looking at other jobs and I realize I don’t want to leave but at the same time it would be nice to have more respect etc. Any advice on if I should stay or leave? I should also add majority of my coworkers I get along with it’s just a few that ruin it for many.
