We commute about 230 miles round trip, and recently there was an adjustment to mileage. The company would no longer cover mileage more than 150 miles. My mother wanted the change to mileage in writing since it had been changed to avoid further alterations in the future since it would be a huge deduction to pay. However this was not the first change that had occurred while we working with them.

The owner decided to fire my mother and myself after their phone call got out of hand. I had never talked to the owner of the company nor have I had any issues before this. I don't understand how firing me through association is legal in any instance I live in Colorado and don't know if there's anything I can do other than shrug it off and move on.
