The store I work at is pet friendly, a dog bit me though last week and I had to go to the hospital and pay for the vaccine. Should the company pay that for me?

Basically I was petting this dog and this other dog came out of nowhere and bit me on the thigh. I’m fine, it was superficial but it broke the skin. I got my bike to go to the hospital. The owner was very sorry and left the store saying he would never go back there. As I was about to leave my supervisor came and said if I could go later to the hospital because it was getting busy. I said I’d go anyways. Altogether it costed me €80. I asked her later if the company would refund me and she was quiet offended saying that the dog’s owner should pay me for that. Who’s responsible?
