The whole rigmarole

So yesterday I put my back out. This is something that happens from time to time, it can happen from something as stupid as brushing my teeth. But it happened at work, and it’s suddenly a whole rigmarole. While I’m sitting there in pain, I was asked 3 times if I could stay. I explained that no, I’m in pain, but this is not a new issue. I know how to deal with it, I’ve got exercises I can do to help until I can see an osteo. I’m told I should stay at work, but once I leave I won’t be able to come back until I’ve had a capability assessment. I’m told that this as an on-going condition I should have informed them. I’m basically made to feel like shit, while in pain. This is an easy fix. I’ll see my osteo Monday, and My last employer understood…
