Hey there, i’m slightly new to reddit so my apologies if this isn’t formatted properly!
I’ve worked retail at this one company for two years now and management has always been spectacular- especially for someone young like myself since it is my first job but since May, the management has become horrible.
Examples include:
– Unable to take mandatory breaks
– SO much drama
– Lots of back talk
– Rules and policies are changed randomly
– Rude coworkers
Since this topic has been bothering me for so long, i was having a rough day a few weeks ago and while talking to my coworker (in person) i slipped out that I was going to hand in my two week notice.
Considering this encounter was done in person and there is no actual evidence that I said these words, am I ok? I was always told not to tell anyone until my notice is physically in the hands of the employer…
