Wishy washy warehouse rules

I work in a warehouse, all the managers & safety people say “don’t lift anything over 50lbs alone” yet they send people out to pick up parts that are heavier than that all day alone, they’re saying this, but meanwhile you can walk through & find almost everyone lifting alone, they won’t send anyone to help, so much to where the other day i got an order, seeing all the parts are over 100lbs easily, I said these parts are over 50lbs i need a teammate, they handed it to someone else to go do alone. Yet if you hurt your back lifting over 50, it’s against you. Very contradicting rules, what could OSHA do without me losing my job?
