Should I even file an HR complaint? I have no documentation for being fired & unfired.

Context I was told my Eval isn't based on my performance… the next few weeks my performance went down. I was just staring at the screen like what am I doing with my life if it amounts to nothing?

Called in for a meeting where I was told the next time it happens they'll let me go. I'm like ok.

They ask me if I care about the company. I'm like I do…?

They immediately respond with, No I don't think you do. I think you don't care about the company at all.

When I tried to ask what they mean, and I've done a lot in the past years I've been there, they talked over me telling me how I'm only there for myself, and that “this is where we'll have to go our separate ways now”, they keep going on how I'm not looking to improve the company (which is a lie I've done a lot to change things within)

They eventually stop, and I have the floor… it wasn't like a log out take your stuff and leave, it's like now you have the floor to convince me you care.

I'm asking why are they doing this, giving them a bulletin point list of what I've done for the co. And the whole time they're dangling this carrot over my head like mhhhh, idk, maybe, well see, idk.

In the end they say “I guess I'll go tell the other managers I didn't fire you”. (I recently learned from 2 managers one the same level as her, and one on the same team as me, they didn't even know that happened)

I was told they don't want to hear anything from me, and I better not cause any more trouble, and asked you know there's nothing after co.? You know that right?

I'm like uhh, yeah… ? (Idk what that even means still)

7 days later they sent a recap of that meeting which was totally a lie, but I felt so humiliated and ashamed being spoken to like that that I didn't even know how to fight it. I told 1 other coworker in a chat a week later what happened, cause I couldn't process it. That is my only “documentation”.

I never acknowledged the recap.

I recently learned to be fired with our HR system you basically need a verbal warning, written warning, and final warning… I got neither of those.

The fact they never even told other managers makes me feel weird.

Like why did they even say that to me? Why take 7 days to write a recap.

:/

What am I doing? Is HR even going to help me? I see so many post that are anti-HR.
