I needed to use the bathroom, and my manager yelled at me for it. So I peed in my pants and kept working

I kept getting yelled at, and my manager would follow me into the bathroom and yell at me. I was working 80-90 hours a week, trying to open a new store for the company. They had me working the lobby—mopping, cleaning up dishes, scrubbing toilets, pulling heavy tables. The store was SUPER busy, and the work never stopped. I needed to use the bathroom sometimes to pee. But my manager considered that being lazy. Eventually I got scared to use the bathroom, and I decided I’d rather piss my pants than get yelled at again. So I did. And I kept working. The only break I got was one 30-minute break, and sometimes not even that. We would get to the store at 7:30 am and not be able to leave until 11 pm, every single day. Fuck that company and the toxic culture it allowed. Edit: To you people…

Edit: To you people saying I should’ve rebelled… No. I had barely any money and was homeless. And they were paying me $8 an hour. What was I supposed to do? They could’ve fired me or cut my hours (and I needed those hours).
