Manager orders me to “Calm it down” when I was doing my job.

Y'all, I am SO pissed right now, I could cry and punch stuff. So I work at a grocery store in an alcohol department and we were out of plastic bags, so I went up to customer service to get some more. Usually they're behind the customer service desk, but this time they weren't so I asked the girls working customer service (who are teenagers, btw) if we had any more. They said they weren't sure so they called the active manager to double check. A couple minutes went by and I thought “It's okay, usually when they're out behind the service desk, we're probably out all together”, so I turned my cart around, accidentally knocked down a wet floor sign, put it back, then went to a register to take some of their bags from under their register and just plopped them in the cart. So I work at a grocery store in an alcohol department and we were out of plastic bags, so I went up to customer service to get some more. Usually they're behind the customer service desk, but this time they weren't so I asked the girls working customer service (who are teenagers, btw) if we had any more. Next thing I know, the active manager called back to my department to tell me to “Calm it down because you're throwing stuff and knocking stuff down”. HUH????? I tried telling him my side of the story of what REALLY happened and he just didn't wanna hear it so he told me to “Calm it down” again, to which I replied “I AM calm”, because I'm not gonna NOT stand up for myself, and he said “Thank you ” in the most sarcastic/snarky voice. The ONLY thing I could think of that would have any indication of me “not being calm” is my actual resting bitch face, especially when I'm in my zone, working and focusing.

Even if I DID have an attitude, the correct way for a manager to address it IF THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES is asking “Is everything okay?” instead of demanding them to “Calm/tone it down”. That makes you even LESS calm bro, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT.
