no, they’re not always right. actually they’re mostly never right and just want to bitch and try to manipulate something to go their way. and when you try and politely correct them, they start acting like a fucking idiot and treat you like dog shit/ report you for doing your job “incorrectly.”
that is such a dumb ass saying and i’m tired of managers flaunting it around and using it against us as if we’re just dogs who wait on customers hand and foot and would give a leg for them. yes we treat customers with respect and try to give them what they need and want but fuck they have some outrages comments and requests and they’re not right.
when tf are people going to wipe the shit from their eyes and realize that people in customer service are humans too. not just people to get walked on and taken advantage of.
