I worked this job for about 5 yrs. They offered health insurance and I took it. Well the HR or rather lack of. Messed up the billing and never took it out of my checks. I never paid attention to it. 2 yrs later he's telling me I owe him $3,000 for my insurance. I told him to kindly fuck off since it was his companies mistake. But he continued to demand I pay him the money. So I allowed him to take about $10 a paycheck out of my pay. Never got close to paying it off.
They had a tech leave that left a big hole. They put me in his spot for very little extra pay and twice as much work. Needless to say I walked out and quit.
Now I live in a completely different state and have a way better job. I have a feeling they are trying to come after me for it. But since I don't live there any longer, I am afraid they're trying to eventually garnish wages. Because this guy WILL do that. He drives his rich luxury cars to work. Brags about his wealth. Own's tons of property in the city. Just an all around douche rag.
Edit: Forgot to add, he tried to get away with taking the money from my last paycheck. It was for $0.00 for 2 weeks of pay. I threatened to call the state, and they re cut the check.
