Nandos managers are terrible

I’ve been working as a waiter at Nandos for almost a year. Transferred over to a new city and they’ve been terrible. One of the managers was swearing at me in front of the customers about the tables not being swept. The patrol sat me down and said that if I was on probation and he knew me back then as he does now he would have never hired me. Another manager scolded me at the til and refused to give me my break and one of the customers stood up for me. The manager apologised to me later. The supervisor on grills waited for me to leave before talking badly about me to other staff. I came back for my drink and caught him. I caught one of the staff watching videos on his phone in the toilet when he was supposed to help me close. He was there…

I caught one of the staff watching videos on his phone in the toilet when he was supposed to help me close. He was there for an hour. He complained about me being to slow. Two other staff members take over an hour and a half on closing jobs that should only take twenty minutes. The managers turn a blind eye to it.

They hired two new people and trained one of them on coord within their first week but refuse to train me on grills for over 4 months.

When I first came I asked for an extra 5 hours and they said no but they would ask loads of other people if they wanted extra hours in the group chat.

They hired two new people and gave them 30 hours each. Patrol sat me down told me that he’s been observing me and my performance is poor. He hasn’t been on shift with me in over 4 weeks and my performance has not gotten worse.

I told my mate and he said to write down a list of everything they’ve done and send it to HR. He told me that they probably don’t think you’ll do anything so they can get away with it.

I’m really stressed about having to show my face their now especially when they all seem so gleeful about the way I’m treated. Was thinking of dropping it and popping off that email but idk yet
