Sorry I waited so long to follow up this post. I can't say that I'm happy about the end results but it is what it is. My brother worked one free weekend ($400 worth of labor) and is making $1,000 worth of payments for the tool. They replaced the tool for $1800. I appreciate all the previous advice received before.
