Being put at work outside my availabilities

I work in an asian restaurant as a server, my Mom is the manager and my dad is one of the owners and also one of the chefs there. Every week we send our availabilities before Sunday so the manager can make the schedule plan for next week. Yesterday I did send mine pretty late at Sunday in the afternoon which is pretty bad. I do recognise that its trashy to send yours late when they have to get it done that day. Then in the Sunday evening. I noticed that when she finally sent out the schedule for next week, she put me in Monday even when I didn't put Monday in my availability. I was pretty annoyed because I had somewhere to go that day for just a bit of summer activity. Its also worth noting that I was not made aware of this until I personally had to find out myself when she sent out the schedule plan. I did confront her about this in person and she said she did by mistake and thought I said Monday in my availability. I tried making some quick calls to my sister and others if anyone can take it but obviously none of them said yes because it was 10 pm at Sunday being asked to cover a shift at 11 am in the morning the next day. I was pretty frustrated. So it was a gradual reoccurring issue.

Next day (which is today), I got up at 10am and was going to be late but thought that she wouldn't mind I was going to be a bit late considering that she put me to work today even though I didn't agree to it and now I had to miss out on going out today. Then when it finally struck 11, she asked where I was and told her I was not going to make it on time I even openly contemplated if I was even going to show up at all. She was really upset by this and started calling me names via text and even said that she is not going to be giving me hours next week, probably even at all. I really was going to show up but now I really didn't want to go because she was getting angry at me for a mistake and trouble to she caused herself. I would've been more understanding if she did everything she could to get anyone else to work the morning shift or at the VERY least asked me if I could and yes I understand that it was just a genuine mistake but it really was just your fault. We can't ignore that fact and she doesn't see it this way. She also said that she just 'knows that noone will be working at Monday' implying that she didn't even ask before hand. Isn't that your job to make sure that you are managing your staff and their schedules for next week? I do understand that it sucks as it was a mistake but that doesn't give you the right to talk shit to me just because they're mad about not being notified and being put in work when they didn't agree to it. I might be fired after this and its so unfair that I get dragged in a bunch of shit because of her mistake and lack of actions as a manager.
