Job descriptions – nothing but LIES AND CRAP

Hey again! My husband has been looking for management positions since that’s what his background is. He’s had 2 interviews for GM positions. The first one he interviewed with, he said went very well. They talked about his management skills, his background, and wanted to get him on board. He filled out paperwork for his background check and once that came back, he went back up there so they could “talk numbers. The job posting said “between 50-80K. Big gap, but he was fine with it. Once he got there, the interviewer told him that he was to start out as a shift lead making $12/hr then depending on how good he does, he can move up. WHY was that just mentioned then?? WHHHYYYY THE HOLY HELL do companies do this??? Why lead people on and wonder why you don’t have people working at your company??

It bothers my soul. That shit is stupid.
