There’s a lot of work but not enough help they want us to be humping and grinding but work just keeps coming

If we are so busy at work why are we having a meeting shouldn’t we just go out to work? I work for a school district and there’s just 2 techs for 150 work orders and I’m training someone is it me or are these red flags
