Some weeks ago I posted about how I left a company over the constant bigoted comments towards LGBQ+ peoples from the Manager, and the companies unwillingness to do anything about it because they just don't really care. I took some advice from people here and have been talking to a lawyer about that and some other things. I also realized some issues were not up to OSHA standards while talking to said lawyer in depth, and made a few calls on that. OSHA paid them a visit earlier, and tore into their asses. (told to me by a friend that works there still)
Anyway, the ball rolls slow, but hey. do y'all have any other advice?
