For obvious reasons I can’t go into too much detail but I’ll give the gist and hopefully you all might be able to give me some advice…
Cutting a long story short, we have 2 office bases and there are 4 ‘area’ teams at our work in total, 2 in each office. Both of the team managers in my office have quit and the “head” of the other office has also quit. Moving to today, our senior has just handed in his notice (the guy below my manager) and that leaves three of us who are all at the same sort of level on my team. We already had three vacancies and now it’s five, and we were only just being able to get through our workload. I don’t know how much more I can take but I can’t hand my notice in as I’m tied into a contract to pay back a certain sum of money to my employer by staying for an additional two years as they paid for me to do extra training (this isn’t just $100 it’s nearly $12,000).
What the actual eff do I do?!
