I’ve spent years working for companies in the for profit and non profit sectors big and small and with each experience, I think “If I started my own business I’d do this..” For example: I’d want to implement a 25 hour, 4 day work week where hours are flexible (you own your time). I’d set pay that goes above and beyond a livable wage. What would you want to roll out if you started your own business?
