Alright so I've already stated before I work in a warehouse and it isn't exactly the best, but somehow some way it's only gotten worse. Come to find out I haven't been given my incentive pay for weeks now, and this new manager has been trying to micromanage me when in technicality I have a supervisor, but due to my job I'm generally left to my own devices. But today it hit me, how am I supposed to pursue a new job without taking so much time off? It's similar to an older post where I said work or chores? There are a few jobs I'm excited about that I applied for and I already called in today, and I want to go in and talk to these places tomorrow but I'm in a bind, because I don't want to be fired from my current job.
