I get so many bogus job “opportunities” since signing up for places like LinkedIn, Ziprecruiter, Indeed, etc.
Some people will reach out and say they are interested and for me to fill out an application.
They then want me to sign up for endless accounts just to do these assessments. These Assessments take over 30 mins and I’m convinced are they’re just data gathering. I’ve had a few that were legit, but most are BS.
I’ll look and the job will already be CLOSED while I’m asked to do assessment.
What in the /$/$/$!!! I’m convinced the job doesn’t even exist, it’s all made up and it’s just data harvesting opportunities by marketers.
Now all of a sudden my email is daily filled with spam offering the marketing services I’m trying to find a job in.
This is some serious BS, should be illegal.
