My manager just sent out a message to all of our team and said “Good news everyone! Admissions are up!” someone else asked what kind of admissions? His response was “hospital admissions! That means we will be getting a lot of new accounts to work soon.” I replied back “… only in medical collections would that be considered a “good” thing….” I hate it here.
