I personally feel obligated to work regardless if I'm paid on time or not. But a close friend said to ask for advice on this specific sub reddit, so here we go.
I've been working at Arby's since the 29th of July and I haven't gotten my paycheck yet. So when I got hired I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork through email. W2's etc. I also filled out direct deposit when doing that. But apparently I put my account and routing numbers in wrong. SO FINALLY on Wednesday I “fixed” it. With no help keep in my mind. The mangers didn't know how to help me fix it so I did myself. Anyways I've been told for days now I'm going to get paid on the following day. And I keep checking and nothing. I've been working for them for almost a month now and I don't have any money. I have stayed late, picked up shifts. I haven't allowed myself two days off since I started. My friend wants me to not work till I get my check, but I dont wanna lose my job. What should I do? Thanks in advance.
