Company Software Restrictions

Our company is requiring us to install a monitoring app in order to retain monthly cellphone bill credits. I’ve opted out as the intrusion is too much. I’m deleting all company required applications, but Okta 2-factor is still required? Are there any work arounds? Also, should our manager should be providing a hotspot if WiFi is not available? We are not unionized and greatly do not understand our rights.
