Title. My jobs wants me to do the work of 5 people and tells me to not take breaks and work off the clock after work. Really a full blown “boys club” mentality.
If I leave they would be absolutely lost and it will be a shit show for them. Since I’ve started sales are up on average 20% and they tell me how amazing of a job I’m doing.
I want to request a dollar raise effective immediately and also a retroactive sign-on bonus dating back to my start date which was 7/05/22. Otherwise, I will leave in 2 weeks.
Any advice on how to go about this?
