Idk if this is the right sub but it’s a crazy story.
I used to work at a small local grocery store about 5 years ago (they went out of business) and they did a lot of unethical and weird things. The worst is when the owner found one of his employees filming in the bathroom and did nothing about it.
Backstory: this girl on her first day went to the bathroom that both customers and workers used because it was the only one. In front of the toilet was a shelf for things like extra toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. She bent down to get more toilet paper off the bottom shelf and found someone’s phone straight up recording her on the toilet. She ended the video and said that you can see her whole naked crotch area. The thing is, no one knows how long he has been filming and everyone, including customers and their CHILDREN use that bathroom.
Apparently he just left the country and the manager did nothing about it. The parents of the girl who found the phone (who was 17) wanted to press charges but it got swept under the rug somehow. I’m pretty sure I’m on that video because I used that bathroom the same day. But the owner did absolutely nothing about it.
