Normalize this shit

Normalize asking for $xx.xx AFTER taxes. If they want us to pay taxes, fine. Employers want us to work for them, fine. As a cost of business, business owners should pay their employees $xx.xx/hr, and then pay the taxes the gov't would normally take out of the employees paycheck. Don't advertise the job as $20/hr when after taxes, it comes out to be $15/hr. You want to advertise the job as $20/hr, fine. Either you (as an employer) pay the taxes on that $20/hr, OR pay us enough that after taxes are taken out, the net pay comes out to be $20/hr
