My previous employer wanted to make me render an extra 1month, I ask for a wfh set up since going to office is becoming toxic and tiring. They didn't give what I ask but they expect me to give into their demands.
I remained silent and they thought I was gonna comply, I spent the remaining time there convincing coworkers of better opportunities outside and actually manage to get 4 people to leave lol. I then told management that I would follow through with the contract end date and they basically panick because they don't have replacement for us.
