I just got a missed call, a voicemail from the HR department of a job I left almost a year ago, asking me to call back, no details about what it's about. I have pretty bad phone anxiety and my mind is going straight to “I'm in trouble somehow”. Also wondering if there's maybe a potential benefit to ringing back, like another job offer or something, but I feel like it's either going to be me getting in trouble somehow (no idea why), or else getting burdened with doing something for them.
