So, looking at a lot of the posts here, the formula seems to be: I hate my job, I quit, I found a better job; cool.
I get it, and I agree.
But, I would suggest that after you find a job that appreciates you, and is paying you what you’re worth, don’t get too comfortable. Work on learning an additional skill. I’m not saying everyone learn how to write code, or teach themselves to be a mechanic by taking their car apart. But, every community college has a continuing education program that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg – take a look at what they have to offer. And before the rocks start flying in my direction, as much as you like your new job, do you see it as your forever job?
