No call no show/ call off a lot due to bad confrontation anxiety with managers

So basically this happens a lot. I’ll get a new job while still having another job, and instead of putting two weeks in I no call/no show because I’m too afraid to tell the manger I’m quitting. Most recently I worked at a job that was very understaffed, and I was hired as part time. They put me on full-time though and when I asked them about it they got angry and changed it to 30 hours instead of the 40, yet my availability asked for 25. I then asked for 25 or less and they got angry so I just went along with 30 as at the time I could manage it. Well school started again and I was looking for another job. I didn’t want to change my availability then quit ( as I knew they’d be angry about both) so I was just gonna tough out working…

Well school started again and I was looking for another job. I didn’t want to change my availability then quit ( as I knew they’d be angry about both) so I was just gonna tough out working 30 hours the first two weeks. Well they put me on for 40 and some of the hours are during my classes. I had to call in and they were pissed. Now I’m putting my two weeks in and I’ll probably get fired. I feel like an idiot as this was all caused by me stupidly being afraid to talk to management.
