Weight discrimination

I (24F) have worked at this casual restaurant as a cashier/server for almost 10 months. About 4 months ago, one of my supervisors told me that our GM told them that the owners of the restaurant “didn’t want to hire” me because I’m overweight. The supervisor also implied that the owners have a certain ‘look’ they go for when hiring FOH — college-aged, skinny, and white. The supervisor continued to tell me how the hiring manager who interviewed me had to “convince” the owners to hire me regardless of me not being thin. Mind you, I had never met or even seen the owners before I was hired. Which means they had to have asked the hiring manager what I looked like and what my body type was to determine if I should be hired. Since then, I have felt a lot of resentment towards the owners.
