How do I get away with doing the bare minimum?

I used to be a little nerd who worked really, really hard and I did it for cents, for hours (12hr+) and for a terrible boss at a terrible company. I managed to get a much more senior position at another company. The work culture, the pay, the management is better, but I'm so burnt out. I'm mediocre, I come a bit late, I leave a bit early, but I'll do what I'm assigned, I'll do it on time, and nothing more. I got a new manager and she's just really ambitious. She keeps pushing me and making little jabs (I think she wants me to work more hours, but can't say anything since I'm salaried and I always hit all my deadlines). She wants me to be more authoritative to my juniors and be a prime example for them. Honestly, it's all fair expectations, I guess? But I just don't want to. How can I just… not?
