(US) I clock into my job at exactly 3:30 pm every single day for my shift. My boss approached me today and asked me to punch in earlier as it “throws off production” if everyone isn’t on the floor… at 3:30 … when we are supposed to be punching in. Albeit I’m always the last one in because everyone else comes in earlier but how should I go about telling him I’m not coming in earlier in the most professional way I can? Edit:clarifying location
