I work in healthcare in the northeast. We got hit with ice and snow this past morning. My market had to show up ON TIME when it was DOWNPOURING with hail AND not a single bit of asphalt could be seen on the ice-covered roads.
When I got to work one of the doctors was talking about how 'In the old days…we used to have to come in no matter what!'
He drives a fancy all wheel drive foreign sports car.
He has a garage.
He is compensated insanely well.
All of us are lucky to have a garage, if that.
Also, 'in the old days' they used lead paint on children's toys and had nuclear bunkers attached to their basements incase the wind blew a different direction.
This is ridiculous! I could understand if I worked in the emergency room or surgery… but I work helping people get GLASSES!
