I live in Connecticut in the USA. I recently got a job that is salary, I work off commission. My salary pays 8.75$ for 40 hour work week. My employer says that I’m required to work 2 Saturdays a month so I’m well over 40 hours each week are they legally allowed to force me to work 6 days? I also want to mention that this company treats its employees fantastically! I have looked everywhere to see if they can do this but can’t find anything for Connecticut I need Reddit help!!
