Go back and read the post from yesterday for part 1. I forgot a lot of what happened and forgot I talked to some co-workers about buying lube for this guy (im male if it matters) I like kinda as a joke but also not (i'm openly gay). Turns out customers heard it and said something, as well as the people I talked to. Strange because I have talked about much worse shit with a few of those guys. One of them is an emt student and another day was talking about a “gruesome” scene of someone who coded in the ambulance. I found it interesting because of my medical experience and nobody said anything then. That was months back. This happened a month ago exactly because I remember saying I bought the lube on break to the same guy, the emt student. They said it was no less than 2 weeks ago but I have my google maps screenshot from January 22nd of going to the adult store. The head of the building told my dad “on a scale of 1-10 it was over 10” yet both refuse to tell me exactly what I said. I don't remember what I said exactly cuz I talk to my buddies about much worse shit on facetime or in groupchats. Like one time we literally were laughing at jeffery epstein's dead body because “karma took knot tying & wilderness survival classes”. I remember saying to my homie brad those exact words. See what I mean? I have said much worse that what I must have said that day for me to not remember it. If I knew exactly what I said, yea I'd own up to it 100%. I'm not in any way justifying what I said as work appropriate, I'd just like to know the full story. I'm not anti work but I am pretty pissed that there is not a LAW that requires employers to tell you exact reason for termination.
