In my last warehouse job (in the uk) I got 28 days holiday not including sick leave which can be up to a year but after the 6months it’s half sick pay : So kinda another question as well , whats the average amount of days that you can take off also with sick leave ? I ask this because I’m getting the picture that UK🇬🇧 labour and workers right a quite great . Obviously there’s flaws but generally seems easier going for us here ! 🙂
