Looking for advice, I was sent a document with others salaries from different sites, I was meant to only receive mine.
Will be asked soon to run a different site to which I now know are paid significantly more.
Other sites are paid even more despite not much geographical discrepancy.
I am going to negotiate salary if asked to move anyway but now do I;
1) wait for when I'm asked to move, likely in next month? Or start negotiating now?
2) inform them I know my salary is less than others and be specific on the amount to negotiate my salary?
3) any other advice?
TLDR found out my colleague earn more at other sites, how do I approach it?
