My GM tried to call me 5 times between 830am and 10am and i didnt answer. I got off at 1130pm last night and she was off the last 2 days and every time we tried to call HER…it went straight to voicemail. Im off today, i closed last night, its labor day, she doesn't answer the phone on her days off so why should i? And yet i feel guilty and fear getting in trouble even tho ive never been told im “on call”
