Modern job application procedures are a joke

I think I've just completed the 7 levels of hell when it comes to job applications. You know sites like Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor that force you to make a profile before you can apply anywhere? I have a profile on all of them. Anyway I was browsing on Indeed for jobs and followed through an “Apply through company's website” link that redirected me to a Hosco platform, which forced me to make a profile again. And after I was done completing all the questions again, I had to find the same job ad, click on a similar link to apply which finally brought me to the real company's job application form.. Which asked me if I want to complete my profile via Indeed or LinkedIn. Did a full 360°. [Insert rage meme] This trend seriously needs to die. I can't be the only one frustrated by the 7 levels of…

This trend seriously needs to die. I can't be the only one frustrated by the 7 levels of corporate hell from completing job application profiles on random “career” websites. Then having to clean my mails from all the spam that these types of companies keep sending, usually anything other than legit offers.
